The project takes "vertical urbanism" as the planning core, through the organic integration of 260,000 square compound urban functions, to build a three-dimensional urban system covering high-end residential, international business, and metropolitan business.

建筑集群采用国际都会主义形制，通过精准的体量切割与天际线推演，既延续东部新城CBD的韵律美学，又以标志性建筑构筑出具有时空纵深感的城市雕塑。

The architectural cluster adopts the shape of international urbanism, and through precise volume cutting and skyline calculation, it not only continues the rhythmic aesthetics of the eastern New Town CBD, but also builds an urban sculpture with space-time depth with landmark buildings.

项目深度解构了日本“Super Flat”超平建筑理论，以大面积玻璃、铝板、石材的组合，打造出通透纯净、硬朗简洁的国际化形象。

The project deeply deconstructs the Japanese "Super Flat" architectural theory, and creates a transparent, pure, tough and simple international image with the combination of large areas of glass, aluminum plate and stone.

建筑立面以高级灰为主色调，通过精确的体量切割与比例推敲，塑造出峻挺流畅的形态特征，在城市天际线中形成标志性的视觉锚点，成为高新区城市界面的崭新地标。

The facade of the building is mainly colored with high-grade gray. Through precise volume cutting and proportion calculation, it creates a sharp and smooth morphological characteristics, forming a landmark visual anchor point in the urban skyline, and becoming a new landmark of the urban interface of the high-tech zone.
